even if you are logged as administrator you need to to this to get it work:
go to start - all programs - accessories, right click on command prompt, left click run as administrator, and there it should be working

Stumbled across your blog whilst roaming the web for DAoC bits and pieces.

Are you still playing on the free shards, or have you tried the official (as I've recently returned and there's certainly numbers).

This example is really helpful. The included QtCreator project just doesn't compile with the current Qt 4.8, because of the MUC apparently... But porting the code to any QWidget is pretty easy and obvious and can be done in minutes.

@JS: that is quite easy - one just has to set up a proxy... without a proxy, i.e. without specifying proxy servers in config file.

For me, the line:

mymountpoint -fstype=davfs,rw,dir_mode=0777,file_mode=0666 :https://dav.mydomain.com

needed to be:

mymountpoint -fstype=davfs,rw,dir_mode=0777,file_mode=0666 :https\://dav.mydomain.com

Namely, the : in the url needed to be escaped.

Hi! Thanks for making up this script. For my GTX 560 Ti with driver ver. 285.05.33 on Kubuntu 11.10, I had to change the functions to:
Memory: nvidia-smi -i 0 -q -d memory | grep Used | sed 's:^[^0-9]*\([0-9]*\)[^0-9]*:\1:'
Utilization nvidia-smi -i 0 -q -d utilization | grep Gpu | sed 's:^[^0-9N/A]*\([0-9NA/]*\)[^0-9N/A]*:\1:'
Thank you so much!

Very nice little script ! Thank you.
I don't know if it helps, but you can add "-d UTILIZATION" in the nvidia-smi call to get only the gpu and memory usage.
It would be nice to have a multi-gpu version of the script. I easily extended it to a 2 gpus version, but I'm not good enough with scripting to create a general version.
